UNCF | Building Capacity for Change

Building Capacity for Change highlighted UNCF’s ongoing efforts to strengthen and support historically Black colleges and universities through innovation, collaboration, and long-term institutional growth. Centered around the work of the Institute for Capacity Building, the project explored initiatives designed to help HBCUs evolve through technology, shared learning ecosystems, student support systems, and sustainable development strategies. Through a blend of educational storytelling and mission-driven messaging, the piece showcased a broader vision for creating stronger institutions and expanding opportunities for future generations.
